Privacy

• Your name, email address and city, and your phone number if you give it.
• Your answers to the optional profile questions, if you choose to answer them.
• The watches in your bag and the plan choices you made for them.
• Where you came from, such as the ad campaign or website that sent you to us.
• Your approximate location, worked out from your connection (country, region and city), and your device type.

We never store your exact IP address.

• To contact you about early access to the pilot.
• To understand who wants flexible watch plans, so we can design the pilot around them.

Two companies handle your details for us. Supabase runs the database that holds the waitlist. Vercel hosts this website and the server that receives your signup, and works out your approximate location from your connection. Within Luxesible, only our team can see your details.

This site also saves a few things in your browser’s storage on your device, so it can show your bag and that you’ve joined. They aren’t cookies.

• lux.cart.v1 (local storage): the watches in your bag and your month-12 choice for each.
• lux.waitlist.v1 (local storage): once you join, your name, email, city, your place on the list and a private signup id. The id lets this browser add your answers and watches to your signup, or delete it.
• lux.attr.v1 (session storage, kept until you close the tab): how you reached us, such as the campaign tags in the link, the website that sent you and the page you landed on. It’s sent with your signup.

Clearing this site’s data in your browser removes them.

Until 12 months after launch, or sooner if you delete your details or ask us to.

You can see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw your consent, at any time.

To delete them yourself, open this site in the browser you joined from, open your Bag and, under your waitlist confirmation, choose Delete my details. This deletes your signup, answers and watches from our waitlist straight away, which also withdraws your consent, and clears them from that browser.

For anything else, or if you can’t use that browser, reply to any email we’ve sent you.

We follow the principles of India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023: we collect only what we need, use it only for these purposes, and delete it when asked.

If you’re not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
